Day 54: How's the progress with your goals?

Recaps of my goals for 2016:

  • write more blogs for all my readers to enjoy
  • expand and improve workouts at home and at the gym
  • open up to more people
I have opened up to a few and it was where I have finally had a thought where I want to become an outgoing person but only to my extent. But I will achieve this goal by the end of the year. I can say the goals I set myself aren't as bad but is tough to keep up with when you know you aren't going to give up and push yourself from stopping to achieve these goals
